Questions About New Site

Will my account transfer over to the new site?
Yes, if you have an account on CNCShop.com, you will automatically be set up with an account on the new site. You will receive a password reset email. All you will need to do is reset your password.

Will I have to take any action?
Yes, you will just need to log in using your existing user name and reset your password.

Will my order history still show on the new site?
Yes, your order history from the old site will be shown in your account details. An added bonus is that this new site has reorder function. From your account, you will be able to reorder part or all of a previous order. It will be easier than ever to buy the parts you always need to keep you running.

Will you still sell all the products from the current site?
Yes, our new site has all the router tooling and parts that you’re familiar with plus the new addition of waterjet parts.

What if I have a problem with the new site?
Our new site is easier to navigate and easier for you to find what you need more efficiently. If you are having any problems, feel free to contact us on 1-800-527-9670 or email sales_us@cncshop.com.

I am a Gold/Silver/Bronze member, will I still use the discount codes I have been given?
No, if you are a Gold or Silver member, you will no longer need to use the discount codes. Your store discounts will automatically show up when you log on to the site. If you don’t see these discounts once logged in, please contact us on 1-800-527-9670 or email sales_us@cncshop.com. We’ll get you setup.

What are your hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Eastern Time.

What are your delivery options?
All goods are shipped via FedEx. You may select from ground or air to suit your needs and budget.

Do you deliver outside of the United States?
Yes. For deliveries to Canada, please order from our Canadian site here.
For deliveries to the UK and the rest of the world, please order from here.

What payment methods do you offer?
When completing your order you may pay via credit card or PayPal. The credit cards accepted are American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Solo.

When paying by credit card, we will take payment in full at the time of order. Goods will normally be dispatched the same or next working day.

If some or all of the goods are not in stock, we will inform you. Depending on the expected delivery date, we may offer you a partial or full refund.

How do I return an item?
If you need to return purchased goods for any reason, provided you do this within 30 days of receipt and they are all unused and in their original packaging, we will refund the purchase price less any delivery charges and less a 20% restocking fee. This return policy does not apply to downloadable software products or support packages which, once ordered, cannot be returned or refunded.

If you would like to speak to us about returning your order, then please call us at 800-361-3408 and one of our customer service team will be on hand to assist you.

How do I submit a tax exemption certificate?
If you’re purchasing for a tax exempt company, please email your tax exempt certificate to sales_us@cncshop.com and include the CNCShop account login which will buy under this tax exemption certificate. Please allow us a few days to review your paperwork, and we will email you when your account has been updated to be tax exempt.

Can I cancel an order?
Provided you inform us before any of the goods have been dispatched, you may cancel your order by calling 800-527-9670 or sending an email to sales_us@cncshop.com. We will cancel the order and refund any associated payment that has been taken in full.
