Shipment processing time
We do our best to ship same day for any product purchased prior to 2pm Eastern Time where the stock is available. If we were not able to get it out the same day as the order, then we will ship the following business day if product is available. In the case that product is not in stock, shipping time will vary. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, telephone, or cncshop.com.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The faster you want the product, the more the shipping rate will likely be. Please check the checkout area for a rate specific to your location and the items in your cart. We will not ship on the customer's account and shipment must be prepaid via the site. Our shipping warehouse for this site is in Ohio, United States. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the United States. CNCShop cannot commit to any delivery time. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once your package is provided to the logistics company, delivery is outside of our hands.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders
CNCShop does not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties &Taxes
CNCShop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
CNCShop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. The best step is to reject the shipment upon arrival if damage is seen. Photos of the damaged box and part will help you in your claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
