Description Description

Onsrud tools are made of solid carbide which ensures that they stay sharp much longer than high speed steel tooling. The single upcut flute will clear chips very efficiently for high feed speeds. 

The tools are designed for high clearance on the backside of the flute to minimize heat buildup and therefore do not require lubrication.

They are especially effective for machining ACM where they produce a smooth and consistent finish.
