Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: The AXYZ Extended Warranty must be purchased while the machine is covered under an active AXYZ factory warranty. Machines with expired warranties or significant unauthorized modifications may not be eligible.
Coverage Period: Extended Warranty coverage begins immediately upon expiration of the original factory warranty and continues for the selected term.
Scope of Coverage: The Extended Warranty provides the same coverage, terms, and exclusions as the original AXYZ factory warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.
Exclusions: Coverage does not include consumable or wear items, damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper operation, lack of maintenance, environmental conditions, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Preventative Maintenance: Annual preventative maintenance consists of one (1) scheduled service visit per year, performed by factory-trained AXYZ technicians. Scheduling is subject to technician availability and geographic location.
Technical Support: Unlimited phone support is available during standard AXYZ business hours and is intended for troubleshooting and operational guidance.
Software Benefits: A2MC software updates and applications are provided for supported versions only. Major software upgrades or new software products may not be included.
Geographic Limitations: Coverage applies only within approved service regions. Travel and related expenses outside standard service areas may incur additional charges.
Transferability: Extended Warranty coverage is non-transferable unless approved in writing by AXYZ.
Pricing and Terms: Pricing, availability, and terms are subject to change without notice. All Extended Warranty coverage is governed by the terms of the original AXYZ factory warranty and applicable service agreements.
